Sampo Plc’s holding in Asiakastieto has exceeded 10 per cent

Asiakastieto Group Plc (“Asiakastieto” or the “Company”) has on 20 November 2015 received an announcement referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Sampo Plc’s holding (142213-3) in Asiakastieto has exceeded the threshold of 10 per cent on 19 November 2015.

According to the announcement, the holding of Sampo Plc has increased to 1 520 000 shares, corresponding to 10,06 per cent of the Company’s shares and voting rights.

Asiakastieto’s has in total 15 102 178 shares. All shares carry equal voting rights.
