The company’s governance is subject to the Finnish Companies Act, the Finnish Securities Markets Act, the Accounting Act, the rules of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as well as the company’s Articles of Association.

In addition, the company complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code issued by the Securities Market Association in 2020. The Corporate Governance Code is available at www.cgfinland.fi. The company does not deviate from any of the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code.

The Board of Directors has approved the company’s Corporate Governance Principles.
