According to the company’s Articles of Association, the company must have one auditor that is an auditing firm approved by the Central Chamber of Commerce. The term of the Auditor of the company shall end at the close of the Annual General Meeting following the election.

The Annual General Meeting 24 March 2025 has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, Authorised Public Accountants as its auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has appointed Mikko Nieminen, Authorised Public Accountant, as the principal responsible auditor.

In 2024, the auditor Company was paid EUR 287 thousand for auditing and for other services EUR 38 thousand.
