Hello Manali! Tell us a little bit about yourself! What do you do at Enento and when did you join us?
I am from India and living in Stockholm for 8 years now. I joined Enento in April 2020 as a Tester in the IT Development Sweden Team. My aim is to promote testing earlier in the software development lifecycle, increase Test Automation and evaluating new ways of working along with putting emphasis on Quality as a shared responsibility across teams.
What is your background previous to that?
Before joining Enento, I was working as a Senior Quality Specialist with Daniel Wellington. Before that, I worked as Test Engineer with Delivery Hero Sweden. I have 14 years of professional experience in the Software Quality and Testing Area and I am a Certified Scrum Master. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology and a Masters in Human Resource Management.
What you enjoy the most about your job?
Being a curious person, I like my work to be challenging and engaging and working for Enento, suffice my appetite. A good work environment and competent colleagues are a big motivation to bring the best out of me.
Do you have any hobbies that you do in your spare time?
In my free time, I like to workout at the gym. I enjoy taking a variety of group training classes and I enjoy being around people. I also like to read motivational books and autobiographies.
Why should anyone join us – what are the key advantages in your opinion?
There are so many wonderful things about working for Enento. My favorite is probably that I leave work daily with a sense of satisfaction. I like the company culture and values. Office location, work-life balance, collaborative teams are some other factors contributing Enento to be a great place to work.
