Once more Enento Group is certified as Great Place To Work. Basically, this means that our colleagues, our people, us “Enentos” are happy when working for this company. We can say, that Enento offers a great company culture and it’s worth applying in our open positions.

Technically, this certification is based on employee feedback and an independent analysis made by Great Place To Work organization. In Enento’s case the actual certificates have been given to our local brands: Asiakastieto in Finland, UC in Sweden and Proff in Norway.
This 2022 round will be the last time for Enento applying to be certified as Great Place To Work. The base for certification is the Trust Index Survey, made once per year. In constantly changing environment it is not enough.
“It is really great to be part of these results, but we are not leaning back. As a company we work with real time intelligent data. Now we will move over, monitor and act upon pulse surveys which monitor and share the data on “how we are doing” all the time”, Jeanette Jäger says.
