Growing together: Learning and development at the core
One of our core values is We grow together, reflecting our ongoing commitment to employee learning, development, and the creation of meaningful growth opportunities within the organization. Learning and development within Enento means learning while working, through various training and development programs, as well as learning from each other.
In 2025, we expanded our Enento Academy learning platform, offering digital education on strategic topics like information security, sustainability, AI, and our services. Employees benefited from a wide range of growth opportunities, including the Emotional Agency program, focus workshops, and specialized AI skill development through LinkedIn Learning.
We believe that learning happens best together. Our Knowledge & Inspiration sessions, held regularly and facilitated by internal experts, foster cross-team sharing and focus on sharing information about our services, strategic initiatives and other development work. This year, we also established a cross-functional group of 24 AI Ambassadors who will encourage employees to explore and adopt new technologies. We also offered possibility to participate in a network mentoring program with other technology companies. Mentoring is a great option for both professional and personal development, and a great way to share knowledge and experience between companies.
Building trust and psychological safety
We promote a values-driven performance culture that values diversity and has zero tolerance for discrimination and bullying. We want our staff members to feel included and respected. Our bi-weekly anonymous pulse surveys help us receive real time insights about the employee engagement, and to better understand what actions need to be taken on different levels to improve the results, and what strengths to maintain or even strengthen further.

Open dialogue is encouraged at all levels, from regular one-to-one Grow Talk discussions to regular staff and manager meetings where survey results are commonly shared and acted upon.
Onboarding is another cornerstone of trust-building. This year we have notably improved our practices and now our systematic onboarding activities start even before the new employee officially starts in our organization. As part of our onboarding process, every new employee receives a tailored onboarding plan and a dedicated Buddy, ensuring a smooth transition and early connection to our values and strategy.
Caring, daring, and holistic well-being
Well-being is important to a healthy company culture. Our approach to employee well-being is holistic, covering both mental and physical wellness, as well as leadership, team collaboration, and organizational culture.
We promote health and well-being with meeting-free Wednesday mornings, a weekly health-hour and regular mindfulness and yoga sessions. In addition, we have initiatives like Empowered People Month, and the Auntie mental well-being service that supports our people in balancing work and life.
The well-being of our employees is also supported by our hybrid working policy, and our modern, centrally located activity-based offices in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo. In Finland, we won the Workplace Awards 2025.
We proactively address challenges by intervening at an early stage. This includes providing managers with training on early intervention techniques, monitoring employee workloads, and encouraging open dialogue regarding stress management and recovery. We believe that our proactive stress management processes help employees thrive. In recognition of our efforts, Suomen Asiakastieto, our subsidiary in Finland, won the WorkPlace Awards 2025 in 2025 and received the MIELI ry’s Good Workplace label for the second year in a row. In addition, the company was one of the finalists in the HumanPower 2025 competition’s Most Human Workplace category.
Empowering leadership for sustainable growth
Leadership excellence is a key driver for both growth and well-being. Our We Lead Emotional Agency program equips leaders with the skills to coach, empower, and build trust. Our monthly managers meetings focus on topics like psychological safety, hybrid teamwork, and value-driven performance and execution of our strategic initiatives. The results speak for themselves: our leadership index stands at 8.4, above the industry benchmark.

Our targets for 2026 remain ambitious: maintaining high engagement, promoting internal mobility, and continuing to build a culture rooted in trust, growth, and empowering our people.
