Our updated country-based organization and Executive Management Team

We have transitioned to a country-based organizational model, replacing our previous business area structure. The change strengthens commercial accountability, clarifies end-to-end profit responsibility, and brings decision making closer to customers and local markets across our operating countries.

Under the new model, commercial and financial responsibility is anchored at country level. Finland and Sweden now operate as separate country units, while Norway and Denmark form one shared country unit. This structure is designed to increase focus, speed, and performance by aligning responsibility more closely with local market dynamics and customer needs.

Strengthening execution and accountability

The transition to a country-based organization is a natural next step in strengthening our execution capability and accountability. By moving profit responsibility closer to markets and customers, we aim to enhance operational focus and improve performance across all markets.

At the same time, Group-level functions continue to provide shared platforms, governance models, and strategic direction, ensuring alignment across the organization and enabling the realization of Nordic synergies.

Updated Executive Management Team

Teppo Paavola started as Enento Group CEO in the beginning of January, 2026. As part of the organizational change, we have also updated our Executive Management Team (EMT).

Our country-based business units are lead by

  • Arto Paukku, Country Managing Director, Finland
He previously served as a member of Enento’s Executive Management Team in the role of Chief Marketing and Customer Officer.
  • Carl Brynielsson, Country Managing Director, Norway and Denmark, and interim Country Managing Director, Sweden.
He previously led the Business Insight business area.

To further strengthen Nordic synergies and cross‑market collaboration, Francesca Smedberg was appointed to a new EMT role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) in March. Francesca is responsible for advancing product development and innovation across all markets and for ensuring that product development supports both local and Group‑level value creation.

Our other group-level functions are led by the following people:

  • IT & Technology function is led by Annika Rådeström, Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Finance, Strategy and Business Services function is led by Elina Stråhlman, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • People & Culture function is led by Sari Ek, Chief Human Resources Officer.
