I am so happy to share with you that UC in Sweden and Asiakastieto in Finland both have been certified “Great place to work”. This is a result of intensive work that has been going on within Enento Group to strengthen the culture and this certificate shows that we have succeeded.
During the past two years we have worked proactively with our company culture and values. Both to merge the local companies that now are part of the Group, but also to create a new Nordic culture without any heritage from the past.
I am so happy to see that our work in strengthening the company culture has paid off. This is an ongoing work and I see this certificate as an acknowledgement that we have reached an important milestone.
So what have we done to achieve this?
Firstly, we have spent a lot of time working on this within Enento Group. We have also involved all or our colleagues in creating our values and the Group Strategy and Group Goals that we now follow.
We have also, given the situation in society with the pandemic, acted agile to make everyone feel included even though all of our colleagues are working remotely. One fantastic example of this is when all 420 colleagues within the Group gathered digitally one afternoon and did a digital game together around or Group strategy and our values. An afternoon that I know was appreciated by many.
